I think I just about stumped everyone, and btw I learned this one from an old issue of EGM. It was in fact UFO for the Odyssey 2.

Here's a question.
In the movie Swinger's (1996) , what's the name of the video game that Vince Vaughn is playing on the Genesis/Mega Drive?

It just plain took me a while to come up with something not hard...but more interesting. In Garfield: Caught in the Act for the Sega Genesis. What 3 levels that are found in the PC version are not included in the one for the Genesis. But if your a true gamer you will know this one...In addition which of the 2 missing levels can be found in the Game Gear version.

The game that Vince Vaughn is playing in the movie Swingers is NHLPA 93. At least that's what it look's like to me. In the movie he explains to a friend that the fighting element of the game has been taken out, which would suggest that he is playing NHL 94 but he is actually playing the previous year's version.
As regard's Bablefish's question I'm afraid I can't help much. I'm not sure I actually remember the game.

For Bablefish's question, I am going to say it is the Atic level and the Mummy level.

Up until now even I did not have the correct answer until I found this http://forums.lostlevels.org/viewtopic.php?t=182In addition the PC version (which someone on the Sega-16 forums will soon make available for download) had 1 more level Alien Landscape.

I am a HUGE fan of The Hitchhikers Guide to The Galaxy, I have every radio episode, and the movie in my collection.
This one should be easy if you know Genesis games; Which game featured Bosses clearly resembling The Terminator (The Hulk when nearly defeated), Godzilla, Spider-Man, and Batman. But had to be removed or changed because of copyright issues. If you own a copy with them in it, we need to talk about a deal.

Quite surprised how the developers thought they could get away with such blatant imitation of copyrighted characters. However, the original UK copy that I had (don't have now though) did have these bosses intact - I recall being amused with the visual references at the time. I've noticed that these boss characters are causing major headaches when doing Sega compilations like the recent Mega Drive/Genesis Ultimate Collection.
Sticking with Shinobi... How many Mega Drive / Genesis Shinobi games were produced? Can you name them?

In which NES/Famicom game did Koji Kondo provide the voice effect for the character? I believe it was when the character got hit or fell.
I'm actually looking for this myself as I read this little fact not so long ago, but I can't remember where.

Hehe, not a chance. It's actually my favourite Shinobi even though it's viewed by many as the least one, well on the Mega Drive that is. It was one of the games that I bought on my very first Mega Drive, so it holds a special place in my heart.

Regarding meppi's question, I didn't know Koji Kondo did a voice effect for a game character, that's really interesting. Like many people, I know Koji Kondo for his great work on Super Mario Bros. and Zelda but I hadn't heard of this. I'll be interested to find out the answer.

I haven't a clue regrading meppi's question. But I have one of my own and it's about Revenge of Shinobi, any one recall the cartridge swap trick regrading that game. As far as I know you did not get a different game only the title screen was changed what was that title?

Was it not Super Shinobi, the Japanese title for the game?

I know Streets of Rage turns into Bare knuckles when you insert it into a Japanese Mega Drive.

Kato & Ken Chan on the PC-Engine would certainly be one.
Boogerman for the MegaDrive perhaps?
The Parodius games had certainly a lot of funny moments.

I was thinking of the Leisure Suit Larry games, Space Quest and a couple of others on PC (though I may be taking this wrong-nothing new there-lol).

I had so much on my mind of late (family problems) I forgot about those games. I was thinking more on the lines of Discworld (which is quite funny at times), Blazing Dragons, and Conker's Bad Fur Day.

Here's one that I thought was pretty strange at the time (and still do think so)... Which LucasArts game was censored when it appeared on the Mega Drive, and how was it censored?

My guess is on one of my all time favorite Genesis games Zombies ate my neighbors and I think it was due to some of the horror elements in the game.
