Anyone remember this magazine?  I have a few issues that are sort of worn out from 96-98 and they were pretty hilarious.  Anyways I was wondering if anyone had uploaded any issues.  I managed to download a few issues (Feb 95,  Oct 94, May 94, Nov 93) but I'm hoping to find more with my personal preference being between 96 through their demise sometime in mid 98.

Thanks in advance!

I have a couple of these, named Game Players and one or two named Ultra Game Players (one of them has San Francisco Rush 2049 on the cover).  They are on my to scan list, waiting on getting a new scanner, just one more week...

I've heard from several people on a completely different gaming related board that I visit daily that it was actually their favourite magazine back in the day.
Game Players that is not after it changed into Ultra Game Players.

I've looked around trying to find some magazines to buy, but they are very hard to come by in Europe.

I had about 30 of the Game Players issues from issue 3 up (not in order, kind of all over the place) but had to sell them earlier this year (still have to get some remaining newer issues off to that guy-if you are reading this, you know who you are, contact me at the e-mail address you have so I can make arrangements to get your remaining issues to you).

Yeah, I only have 3 issues, unfortionately. Too bad I couldn't afford more magazines, because the humour in teise issue (1 from 1995, 2 from 1996) were legendary. They seemed to have very good taste in videogames too. Well at least they rated and prefered Daytona USA over Ridge Racer and Nights over Badicoot (against the norm with other mags), so yeah, that's seems very right to me. Cheesy

Anyways, I loved the editors in that magazine, and I checked a couple of the older mags, thanks to the provider at RetroMags, and I have to say that the older ones were not as funny. Seems they got alot better later, probably around the time Bill showed up. That guy always looked hilarious, and it felt like I really related to that family, even with the very few issues I had.

They had a very colorful layout too, and I definately liked their review format too. I don't know what else to say, definately a classic magazine, and I could see considering it one of my top favourites if I read a copule of more issues. Because having that bond between the editors is very important, and missing issues doesn't help. That, and I hate missing an issue in the evolution of a magazine, I need to be at one with them, experiencing what they experience as the magazine evolves.

Anyways, there are alot of magazines to look forward to read like they just came out, and look the part too.

I managed to find one single issue in my magazines (November 1994). It's a shame they're so hard to come by; the humor and layout are great.

Hey, I would be EXTREMELY interested in any Ultra Game Players magazines that you'd have lying around and wouldn't mind scanning. Let us/me know whenever you get the chance, it would be MOST appreciated.
