This actually has me worried for when the time comes when our original system have all kicked the bucket. Makes me sad to think about it.
I sometimes wonder why companies like Nintendo and Sega don't release old systems and peripherals in a limited capacity.
There has to be a market for that stuff, even though it would be very small.
I'd buy 5 of each.

The TV out made me curious, but then again that's why I bought a Japanese Super Famicom system since it has native RGB out, which gives the best possible picture.
The trouble with that though is finding an RGB compatible Tv in the US.
At least there's something positive videogame related from living in Europe.

I don't want to think about having to play my classic games through composite or S-video...
