  First of all big props to Atlus for localizing Persona for the PSP (it is a remake of the first game we got here in the US way back on the PSOne).  Apparently, only half of the proposed release will be ready though, see the PSN Edition is being held up.  The UMD version, with 2 CD bonus soundtrack will make the September 22nd release though.  You can find the rest of the story over on Kotaku if you want to read more.

  For everyone that hasn't followed the Persona remake then you should check out these pics from the Playstation Blog to see just how far they are going with the "remake" side of things (hint, they aren't simply stretching the images from 4:3 to 16:9 here):







  Playstaton Blog has info on the localization efforts that Atlus is putting into the remake and some info on the troubles Atlus has faced.  Check it out.
